I tried to stay away from politics in this blog. I failed. The lies of Bush and now McBush and PalinBush sicken me. I am so amazed and sickened by how America is so blind. :-(
My friend Jason from DMOZ moved to Ireland to get an education that Arkansas couldn't offer. Mary (his really cute wife) keeps me up to date on their home search. I only have pics on an email - maybe she can share them. Good luck siddy!
I met the new neighbors across the street. They brought over about 10 lbs. of grapes, really kind of them. Sauvignon blanc - not my favorite - rather grassy in taste; either as a grape or a wine. I fed them well. Had fun with that. :-)

This is sorta spice related. I have friends at the corner Korean run store. Really kind people. They do eat kinchee - sorta nasty stuff to me http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kimchi . Since I run a spice company - I don't really notice the garlic on their breath. It's been noticed by other people in line. Japanese have called them "garlic eaters" - what would they call Greeks and Italians?

I have been rather negligent updating this dated blog. A nice friend reminded me that it was still around! I will stay away from politics, but may well address spices. Imagine that!

The spice market has been exceedingly bullish with Turkish oregano prices tripling in the past few weeks.

Well, here we are posting musings about spices. Ya see, I run a spice company and thought that I'd document the goings on around here. My company's web site can be found at http://www.oregonspice.com Our building is not in the National Registry.
